Currently, the help lines will "only" show when the Draw object is selected
with l-mouse click and held entering object drag/move mode.

But it would be useful, if the help lines could be toggled shown for a selected
Draw object- 1.) to check its alignment, or 2.) to position object with
<Shift>+<cursor L,R,U,D> movement.
