wide table in landscape page, need method(s) to reduce its width

A sample document with a wide table (4 rows of 13 columns of 20 characters
each)

Attempt to reduce its width with any of the main menu Table -> Size sub menu,
or by selection and drag actions.

Now change Page property from landscape to portrait, table will remain intact
but extends beyond page margins--try to work with width now to bring table
bounds within page margins.  Any way?
