So a comment following the dupe:

A tip can be:

1. Specific to the app/module you're using.
2. Not specific to any app/module.
3. Specific to another app/module - _not_ the one you're using.

This bug seems to be requesting a focus on (1.); my dupe was only asking that
we don't get (3.).
