Ouch, you are right, I didn't check the documentation, my bad. Instead, I
tested in MSO Word for comparison. In Word, Ctrl+Up moves the cursor to the
beginning of the current paragraph while in LibreOffice to the beginning of the
previous paragraph.

@UX Team, Should we change this issue to be an enhancement and change the
behaviour to be similar to MSO Word or should it be closed as RESOLVED NOTABUG
?
