Hi Heiko... see the attached video showing the same workflow in MS PowerPoint.
Notice that the text box resizes accordingly.

This is a very common workflow for many people: (1) insert a text  box (2)
enter some text and (3) increase/reduce font size. In Impress this is not as
productive as in MS PowerPoint because it always requires the user to do
additional manual adjustments.

Again, I know that this is not a technical bug, but this is something that can
be improved to provide a better experience for users.
