Please be more specific - and always add the version info. My menu lists File >
Templates > Edit Template... | Save as Template... | Manage Templates and File

We have Manage Templates under New and under Templates. Don't see need for
more.
Some work has been done for bug 138621

Please only one topic per ticket. in the end, you asked the same question in
bug 123178, which was made a duplicate of bug 104074. We agreed on renaming New
> From Template... for clarification and wait for a volunteer doing the easy
hack.
