The commands are taken from the Stylist (top-right hamburger menu). I see no
problem to have it under the Styles menu.

"Manage Styles" is the last command at Styles and also listed under View as
"Styles". Not a big issue for me, at View it requires knowledge about the
functionality (show the Stylist sidebar) while "Manage" might be associated
with some dialog.
