Seeking for more input.

Option a): Keep it as it for compatibility
Option b): Drop _indentation_ from keyboard supported functions, use
tab/shift+tab on all items for demote/promote, and keep ctrl+tab to insert a
literal tab
Option c): Drop the possibility for _literal tabs_ and use tab/shift tab for
demote/promote and ctrl+tab/shift+ctrl+tab for indent/outdent

I think not supporting demote/promote per keyboard is no option.
