How is the user supposed to know this? Sure, it's in the help. But the menu
items should also reflect what the user can expect when selecting a menu item.

Why is the menu bloated? This menu item is then the longest in help menu. But
that should not be an obstacle. There are other menu items that are longer.

And why is it unnecessary work for translators and documentation? Two words
should be added. That's not the big deal. Of course, in the documentation the
effort will perhaps be greater, as it will probably have to be changed in
several places.

LibreOffice is constantly evolving. It's not a good idea to say we don't change
menu items because the effort is too much.
