Personally I would think it should be fixed, since it occurs with default
settings, and it is not obvious what is happening so people wouldn't know how
to work around it. Unless there is something peculiar to my system causing the
problem.

I am using Windows 10 with 2 monitors, one is 3840x2160 with 200% scaling, the
other is 1920x1080 with no scaling. The problem occurs on either monitor.
