You want this:
(1) LibreOffice installation adds a special Gallery theme "personal favorites",
which will be stored in your user profile and is empty in the beginning. This
theme shall be always at the top of the list of themes in the Gallery.
(2) LibreOffice provides an entry "Add to 'personal favorites'" in the context
menu of items in other themes, which will copy that item to the "personal
favorites" theme.

Do I get it right?
