NO it is strictly a feature request for the Slide / Page pane -- which
technically is a list as Heiko notes.

Nothing at all to do with Zoom of the currently active slide/page!

Read the description, and its blocking of bug 102283

The request is for a means to control the list of slides/pages to position the
list view to the active slide/page without risk of changing onto a different
slide.
