The command is added after the selected item. Do you get fooled by the fact
that the list scrolls up?

So "Menus" not "Context Menus", but doesn't matter.

Removing UX to reduce noise; the requested behavior is clearly what is
expected- and was has been implemented. If there is an issue it's a bug.
