Indeed, the expectation is "wrong" in the sense that LO did not intend to
fulfill this expectation. But evoking "wrong" expectations of many users _is
itself a bug_.

Yes, I know that. The point is, the user does not know that, and due to the
reasons I mentioned earlier, develops the "wrong expectation".

I'll rephrase that title to clarify this.
