TBH the existing Navigator is very good at navigating the various parts of the
document (Headings, Images, Shapes, Tables, etc... and even comments).

However, when it comes to commenting, replying to comments, resolving comments,
etc the Navigator will never be enough for these use cases.

As a user, I would love to see a dedicated Comments pane.
