Patch in comment 5 changed UNO and a few UI labels.

Will not make any changes to the source code comments, which is outside the
scope of this ticket.

The aim is to update all references to "Chapter Numbering" in the UI (including
tooltip/extended tips) and help.

In this connection....one question....

Could not figure out how to get Style Inspector to show "Para Chapter Numbering
Level" so cannot evaluate whether a change is needed in that label. 

Any insights?
