I, on the other hand, think this behavior is expected. It's similar to a pdf
form - you can't change anything - only the content of the fields. The
advantage would be a clean text alignment without oversized field lengths in
the printed document.
Of course there is a solution - I can put all the value entry fields on the
first page and start writing ( and printing) the document from the second page,
where these fields are already repeatedly inserted into locked sections. Still,
I don't know how to prevent accidental deletion of fields on the first page. A
suitable substitute is also Mail Merge but ...
