The Tabs are no longer "buttons" [1] noted for work on bug 152454; but only
Win11 (build >22xxx) presented them as rounded. The buttons were never rounded
on Wi10 (build > 19xxx) and now with drawing them as frames the DE style is the
same for both Win10/Win11.
