Using Tools > Mail Merge Wizard... allows me to use "Address Line 1" and
"Address Line 2", at least for the letter type. You are obviously looking at
File > Wizards > Address Book Data Source. And here it depends on what type of
connection you choose. In the end, the address book assignment can (also) be
done via Tools > Address Book Source, and this dialog lacks on flexibility. But
I'm not sure to what extend we can provide flexibility here. This needs some
insights from development.

PS: Documentation is not really helpful.
