On a 96 dpi display 1920 x 1200 with os/DE scaling the Customize dialog
measures 650px x 613px -- it will fit just fine on a 1024px x 768px display
which is our minimum.

When users "scale" their UI to other than 100% that is when dialogs and other
UI elements can "appear" oversize. IMHO => NOB

For OP please describe your os/DE scaling?
