And I disagree with subtotals enabled by default. It can be easily done for
only 5 clicks when you create the Pivot table. For example I don't need
subtotals at all when I create me Pivot tables. I every time customize it by
different options.

May be some option like "Save pivot table creating options" can help here, I
don't know.
