Agree that the scaling factor is not ideal, relative to the scaling factor of
the thumbnails (or lack thereof). Tested with gen and kf5 VCLs.
Challenge is, the thunbnails will look bad when scaled up, as Heiko said,
whereas we at least have the option of upscaling icons from SVG.

In 7.4, we went from barely visible icons to big overlapping ones with:
