It's possible to use the menu shortcuts.

The English one:

Type 'tew' during pressing Alt (_T_ools, Autocorr_e_ct, _W_hile typing).

If it doesn't work, it needs to fix the menu hot keys.

For a single key solution, it's easy to customize it:

1. Select Keyboard pane in Tools->Customize...

2. Select a short cut

3. Search for "While Typing"

4. Click on Modify.

And you can use your custom short cut, also it's possible to add this to an
add-on, if you plan to install on all your desktops.

Is this enough for you, or is there a better solution in other office suites?
