Writer navigation is already addressed via the Navigate TB, and the Recency
mode of the Navigator SB Deck.

The Recency feature has not been implemented for navigation in the Calc module.

The request here was resolved by work on bug 115817, though applicable only to
Writer.

Please open a new BZ enhancement issue for Calc.
