The default behavior and setting should still be the same as has been for 3
decades. Older spreadsheets should look the same (unless manually changing the
setting/behavior and re-saving).

In addition, compatibility with other spreadsheet tools (that might or might
not support such new attribute) is also relevant.

ATM we don't even know whether ODF can support such "wrap text modes".
