[Libreoffice] [PATCH] minor updates to bootstrap/g

Hullo List,

Updated expressions in bootstrap/g so that it uses Bash internal 
expressions, rather than farming out to the '[' or 'test' external command.

Updated deprecated backtick subshell calls to $(
