It'll probably end up being me. Thanks for the heads-up. BUT.

At the moment I'm working on trying to get sqlite working as an
alternative to hsqldb. And the aim is to remove java from LO (which
implies removing hsqldb).

And I want to work on creating LO's own db engine :-)
