[Libreoffice] build problem in instsetoo_native module on linux x86-64

Should be fixed now. Problem was a name change (BUILD_TYPE
previously had "OOo" in it, then "LibO") - which I totally like,
unfortunately then all */prj/build.lst files need changes too -
there's OOo: used as a prefix for dependencies.
