[Libreoffice] Lines to remove in fontworkgallery.cxx ?

It seems to be close to the removal of various references of hicontranst
theme in the code by JoeP (see the mails with subject 'Icon/Image
cleanup').  Can you check that, and come up with a patch to remove these
if in line with Joseph's changes? ;-)
