	Can you explain the interaction you want in more detail. For me right
clicking on a sheet tab and selecting 'copy' did something rather
count-intuitive (to me).

	Are you talking about the 'Move / Copy Sheet' dialog - having a 
'new name' entry so that can be changed ?
