I have generated a git commit summary of changes against LO-3.3.2. It is
quite huge, see

I have uploaded it at the ftp together with the source tarballs.

Do you know about any better place where to make such files available?

I used to add such summary to the libreoffice/build/NEWS file. Though,
this last summary looks too huge ;-) It can be generated at any time, so
I do not want to commit it.
