OK, it's LGPLv3+/MPL then.

I have attached another patch. It makes get_all_items_from_script
run about twice as fast. According to
http://users.freedesktop.org/~michael/make_installer.txt that should
save ~5-7% time on windows.

Oh, and the patch is LGPLv3+/MPL ;-)
