[Libreoffice] [libreoffice-l10n] Names of Impress backgrounds not localized

I'd guess both are side-effects of removing the localized templates :(

There are some other problems caused by this:

- Background / Template names in Presentation wizard are not localized 
   anymore

- Presentations cretaed with the wizard (or from shipped templates) now have
  wrong language / locale settings. With htis spellchecking is messed up, you
  get wrong date formats ...

I currently have no idea how to fix this quickly, but imho stopper for
localized versions of LibO (did not file an bug yet).
