[Libreoffice] Hackfest agenda

Dear hackers,

although it is still a while until the Hackfest in Munich, due to the
summer vacations, we need to plan early and come up with an agenda.

I'd like to ask all of the participants to add their desired agenda items to

so we can come up with a preliminary program.
