[Libreoffice] Proposing bugzilla keyword: jvmcrash

Hi all,

there are a lot of issues in bugzilla which seem somewhat related to
JVM crashes, for example:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33915
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34711

I am proposing to add a jvmcrash keyword to make these bugs related to
jvm crashes easier to find -- they all might have a common root cause.
