[Libreoffice] Errors during my first build attempts

IIRC, this happens when the LibO source tree is located within your 
cygwin home directory (which appears to be the case for you, as the 
build log states "Entering /home/Beemen/git/libo/icu" etc.).  Move the 
LibO source tree somewhere else (e.g., somewhere under /cygdrive/C) and 
try a fresh build ("make clean" first).
