[REVIEW] use 3.5.3 version for linux desktop integration packages

Hi,

we need to reset buildid for each bugfix release, see
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=47840

This value is used also as release number for the Linux packages. It is
perfectly fine for all packages except for the desktop integration
because they use the version 3.5 instead of 3.5.x.

The solution seems to be easy, see

We need it also in 3-5 branch.
