[PATCH] Replace more equalsAsciiL(RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM(...)) with == operator

Hi there,
The patch replaces more equalsAsciiL(RTL_CONSTASCII_STRINGPARAM(...)) with
== operator.
Replacement is done by using regex.
