[Libreoffice] Missing cliureversion.mk prevents installation while building smoketestoo_native

Do you still see the problem?

The file should be built inside cli_ure/version. It seems that it should
always be built.

Please, check if you have cli_ure/unxlng?6.pro/bin/cliureversion.mk and
solver/unxlng?6.pro/bin/cliureversion.mk

BTW: What configure options you are using?
