Implementation names should not be considered stable API, so changing 
this should be pretty safe.  (And it looks dubious anyway that the given 
object does not have a service name to itself with which it could be 
used in the Controller.xcu, but instead only shares a generic 
css.frame.PopupMenuController service with other objects.)
