fix for fdo#45768, copying a RTL sheet results in a LTR sheet

It fixes the problem that copying RTL sheets are inserted as LTR
sheets. We need to adjust the settings directly because ScTable is not
copyable and therefore we need to transfer all relevant settings in
the code.
