Obsoleting RTL_CONSTASCII_USTRINGPARAM

Hi,

maybe the wiki (Development/String Classes->Favored Methods Utilizing 
String Literals) should be updated? Otherwise 
RTL_CONSTASCII_USTRINGPARAM might still show some vital signs...
