[PATCH] Remove unused code from gtkframe

Hi Michael, Caolan,

How accurate/ up to date is unusedcode.easy? Is there a way to make sure
the methods I'm removing are genuinely unused?

Am I just doing it wrong and removing the wrong things? : )
