[Libreoffice] [Pushed] [PATCH] Comment translation & removal of commented-out code in svdraw

Hi,

Thank you for the cool patch(s).
Pushed - except for the code in svx/source/svdraw/svdoole2.cxx - I felt
there were some commented code which acts like pointers for the TODOs -
would you like to relook at this, please?
