Bugzilla has a REST API
   https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:REST_API
for which there are various client libraries
  https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:Addons#Client_libraries_for_the_Bugzilla_Webservices.2FREST_API

which you might be able to use to automate this process.
