[PATCH]fdo45671 calc cell background color simplified code for split button action

Hello all,

Attached patch introduces simpler code to make the 'apply last used color'-part of the split button.
This patch is for calc cell background color, the other split buttons are to follow.
Becasue of that, some ifs have already been converted to switches.
