Implementing Alt-key underlines on menu headers in lo-menubar

Noel,

Sorry, I've been quite busy the last few weeks with my new job. However, I haven't forgotten about this issue, and I have communicated with the LibreOffice devs about how menus are implemented in the cross-platform version; my idea is to replicate LO's existing Alt-key menu underlines in lo-menubar. I'll also follow your suggestion as well. Thanks.

- Ken.
