Argh, you are right. I checked with
officecfg/registry/schema/org/openoffice/Office/Calc.xcs
and the existing entries are not affected.

At some point we should get rid of that nonsense to use the internal
opcode values there and use function names instead, at least for what is
stored in the configuration.
