REMINDER: Release 4.0.0.2 from libreoffice-4-0 branch

Hi,

please note that the commit deadline for 4.0.0.2, aka rc2, is today, January 21,
2013.

The tag and branch libreoffice-4-0-0 is going to be created the day after.
Only commits with 3 reviewers will be allowed for that branch.

IMPORTANT: RC3 is planed the following week and it should be the last
one for the 4.0.0 release.
