[GSOC/feature/VLC] Weekend report

Hi guys!

It's my first weekend report from the beginning of Google Summer of Code.
So I'm going to
tell you about what I have done until this day. I have implemented
interfaces for main components
of the avmedia module based on libvlc library. So looks like it works
(works bad, but works).

Proof link [1]. As you could see, it's still shown in the detached window.
So next steps in my plan
are to put it into a frame and to make an implementation for the grabFrame
module.

I want to thank all LibreOffice community in #libreoffice-dev for the help!

P.S. Why aren't get methods constant in interface classes (like
::com::sun::star::media::XPlayer )?
